K&W Medical Services is a wholly owned subsidiary of First Aid and Safety Patrol of Lebanon. K&W Medical Services is a for-profit non-emergency transport company organized by two entrepreneurs in the 1980’s. Then known as K&W Transport, K&W quickly became the premiere non-emergency transport company in the tri-county area. When those two gentlemen decided that the impending changes in the nation’s health care system would make the ownership and operations of an ambulance company extremely time consuming and difficult, First Aid and Safety Patrol of Lebanon was contacted as a possible buyer. Purchased by First Aid and Safety Patrol of Lebanon in 1998, K&W Medical Services remains strong and prosperous today and retains both of K&W’s founders as valuable employees. K&W Medical Services operates 1 ambulance twenty-four (24) hours a day, seven (7) days per week. The K&W Medical Service ambulance is the contracted service for the federal government at Fort Indiantown Gap Military Reservation.
Currently the Fort Indiantown Gap Military Reservation is the only business conducted by K&W Medical Service Inc. The corporation’s management and operational activities are a contracted responsibility of First Aid and Safety Patrol of Lebanon.
