Subscriptions

First Aid and Safety Patrol of Lebanon is funded largely through a subscription program. Started in the early 1940’s in large part by Amos Hartman, the subscription program runs strong today. Today the subscription program continues to assist with the purchase of ambulances and equipment. The subscription of today helps offer the community comfort in calling 911 and having an ambulance respond quickly and provide above average pre-hospital care.

“How does the subscription benefit me?” you may ask. First Aid and Safety Patrol of Lebanon’s Subscription is meant “To limit your out-of-pocket expenses”. When you are transported by the ambulance to the hospital for a 911 emergency call, First Aid and Safety Patrol of Lebanon will third-party bill for any insurance reimbursement, which may be pending. All patients are responsible for co-pays or deductibles, therefore any co-pay or deductible balances must be paid. The remaining portion of the bill will be covered by your subscription.  

First Aid and Safety Patrol of Lebanon offers a single rate and a family rate. The single rate covers the single individual with no dependents or family. The family subscription covers a husband and wife and any children under the age of eighteen. Any dependents over the age of eighteen can be added for an additional ten dollars.

Individual Subscription- $45.00

Family Subscription- $55.00

Adult Dependents (except spouce) - $15.00
