Yellow - Conditions heightened. Scheduled transport load is heavier than normal and expected to stay heavy. Customary daily emergency responses will be handled within acceptable time limits. Weather conditions expected to remain calm. Staff may call Field Supervisor for added instructions.
Orange - Condition is ALERT. Scheduled transport load may or may not be normal and is expected to remain busy. Customary daily emergency responses may be handled with slight delays for emergencies of a less than urgent nature. Weather conditions are expected to worsen within the next 24 hours. Staff is expected to contact Field Supervisor.
Red - Condition is CRITICAL. Scheduled transport load may or may not be normal and is expected to remain busy. Customary daily emergency responses may be handled with slight delays for emergencies of a less than urgent nature. Weather conditions are expected to worsen within the next 24 hours. Staff is expected to contact Field Supervisor. Staff is REQUIRED to contact Field Supervisor immediately. All office staff report to operational positions.
